On July 16, 2026, the Wealthy Legion organized a three-day, two-night team-building event in Lishui. The event aimed to enrich employees’ cultural lives, help team members relax both mentally and physically, enhance communication and interaction, and further strengthen team cohesion and collaboration. During the event, the team participated in a variety of activities, including whitewater rafting, hiking up Longquan Mountain, and a tour of the Xiandu Scenic Area. The rafting activity allowed everyone to relieve work-related stress in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere; during the hike, team members encouraged and helped one another to overcome challenges together, fully demonstrating a strong spirit of teamwork; at the Xiandu Scenic Area, everyone admired the natural scenery and cultural landmarks, deepening their mutual understanding through casual conversations. In addition to the diverse outdoor activities, team members took advantage of the opportunities for interaction during the trip to share work experiences and personal insights, further strengthening communication and collaboration while fostering a positive and uplifting team atmosphere. This team-building event not only allowed employees to relax amid their busy work schedules but also further strengthened the team’s cohesion and unity, laying a solid foundation for efficient collaboration in the future.
