At Oriemac, we take pride in our commitment to providing quality machines and ensuring customer satisfaction. As part of our warranty policy, we offer a warranty period of 12 months or 2000 working hours for any machine exported from us to our clients.

During this warranty period, should there be any defects in materials or workmanship in any spare part during normal operation, we will take responsibility for repairing or replacing the defective part, free of charge. Our dedicated team will assess the situation and determine the best course of action to ensure that your machine is up and running smoothly.

In cases where our clients urgently require compensated spare parts, we understand the importance of timely delivery. We can arrange to ship them through international couriers such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx. With this expedited service, the courier will arrive at the designated destination within 5-7 days. However, please note that the client will be responsible for bearing the courier expenses in such cases.

For regular claims for spare parts, we have a convenient solution. We will ship them along with the next shipment of new machines, and the shipment expenses will be covered by us. This ensures that you receive the necessary spare parts without incurring any additional costs.

It is important to mention that our warranty policy allows us to reasonably assess whether the defect in materials or workmanship occurred during regular usage or resulted from an excluded factor. This warranty does not apply to defects arising from regular wear and tear, accidents, negligence, abuse, shipping, handling, storage, or environmental conditions. Additionally, any modifications made to our products by the customer, the customer's employees, or end-users will void this warranty.

Please keep in mind that our warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear or fragile components, such as various filters, belts, electrical appliances and wiring, bulbs and fuses, glass, rubber, and plastic materials, etc. These components are considered consumables and may require periodic replacement or maintenance.
