Under the theme "Keep on growing with a strong partner", SANY unveiled an exciting and diverse range of new machines at this year's bauma, all set to launch in the UK in 2023.
As the demand for machines with low emissions is steadily increasing, the unveiling of the new SANY electric mini of the 1.8-tonne class was a key highlight of the show. As well as zero emissions, the LFP battery pack of this 100% electric machine has been designed without cobalt making it particularly environmentally friendly and safe to operate. Significantly lower noise levels (66 dB(A)) for improved operator comfort and reduced noise pollution, also makes for cleaner, more sustainable working. Equipped with an electric motor that delivers a peak output of 15 kW, along with the efficient load-sensing hydraulic system, it ensures a fast workflow and high-level output. Along with the multiple charging options that includes a fast charge of 1.5hrs and long battery life of up to 6hrs the machine guarantees total flexibility on site.
The hotly anticipated SANY STH1440 and STH1840 Telehandlers are the first models of the new range, all equipped with well-known European primary components and with a cab designed and engineered in Europe. Both with a rated capacity of 4-tonne and powered by a Stage V 55kW Duetz 3.6 TD engine, these machines ensure optimum performance and low fuel consumption. With safety also firmly in focus, the machine’s ROPs and FOPs fully certified cab allows the operator excellent 360° visibility along with rear-view camera and sensors for visual and audible warnings. LED work and roof lighting, precise load management system and operator present safety switch also help to complete the safety package.
A new generation – the SW305 heavy-duty wheel loader Also premiering at the week-long show was the mighty SANY SW305 wheel loader with Stage V Deutz 6-cylinder engine, 2.3 m³ bucket capacity and operating weight of 14.5-tonnes. The new generation of wheel loaders from SANY are excellently manufactured, built with well-known components including Kawasaki pumps and ZF transmission and fully equipped as standard including 360 camera, keyless entry, single joystick steering and 3rd function hydraulics.
