On April 25th, 2015, our clients from Bangkok , Thailand come to our warehouse in Shanghai , China to inspect the loading process . Purchasing list of our customer this time are Hyundai 35 tons R350LC-9V Crawler Excavator, Hyundai 22 tons R225LC-7 Crawler Excavator ,Hyundai HL830S Wheel Loader, two hammers for excavator and one unit 1.5 tons site dumper.
After our clients has a long ride by plane , we take them back to the hotel to have a good rest firstly . And then we make plan to inspect the loading process in our warehouse.
The second day , the first thing is taking customers to enjoy a delicious Chinese food , then take customers to our warehouse to check the machine . After one-afternoon inspection, they are very satisfied with the machines we offer.
We arrived at the warehouse and load machines on the early morning , then talked to our warehouse staff to find a good solution for loading process . Even through the packing process didn’t go very well , because the machine is heavy, in order to ensure the machines can be transported and hoisted after put into container containers , we have to disassemble these big machines .
After a full day of communication and negotiations , the loading process is successfully finished. Our customers give us a high evaluation after they have witnessed the whole day work we do. After loading process finished , our clients successfully return to their home . The cooperation between us this time embodies the our company’s concept of customer first , meantime lays a solid foundation for our further cooperation.
