On July 10, SANY Shenyang Industrial Park ushered in another high moment in its development course, showing its flagship product: SET320S hybrid off-highway mining truck, for the first time to the public. This milestone appearance not only highlights SANY's profound accumulation and continuous innovation ability in the field of mining heavy equipment, but also marks a solid and important step in the field of mining truck research and development. SET320S, as the latest generation of mining giants built by SANY, boasts its unprecedented 300-tonne load capacity, making it the largest mining truck in SANY's product. This model cleverly integrates diesel-electric hybrid technology, and on top of inheriting and developing the essence of SET150S and SET240S series' “multi-power coupling” technology. It achieves the maximisation of energy utilisation and minimisation of emissions, perfectly adapting to the needs of the complex and changing conditions of open-pit mines, and contributing significantly to the construction of green mines.
In terms of design details, the SET320S also demonstrates extraordinary ingenuity. The 4,500-litre fuel tank ensures the vehicle's endurance under long hours and high-intensity operation, and its load capacity is even more amazing, equivalent to carrying the weight of 200 standard Mercedes-Benz cars, demonstrating its unparalleled transport efficiency and carrying capacity. The height of the vehicle reaches 7 metres, and the advanced 360-degree panoramic camera system provides the driver with an all-round, dead-angle-free field of vision, which greatly enhances the safety of operation and convenience of operation.
