The primary purpose of their visit to China was to inspect the equipment at the factory. Prior to the meeting, we confirmed the client's itinerary and prepared detailed presentation materials to ensure a professional and productive reception. Confirmed the client's itinerary in advance and picked them up from Pudong Airport. Hosted the company tour, provided a detailed company overview, and quoted prices for the relevant machinery. Accompanied the client to the factory to inspect the equipment; facilitated a hands-on inspection of the machines and addressed the client's questions.
