On September 25, XGMA 955KM methanol loader was successfully launched at the northern production base of XGMA in Jiaozuo, Henan Province, with the theme of ‘Alcohol Model, Energy Efficiency Star’, marking another significant progress in the field of new energy by XGMA. The release of this new methanol-powered loader signalled its imminent delivery to customers. On the day of the event, senior leaders of XGMA, technical R&D elites, long-term partners and many media representatives gathered to witness this historic moment. At the ceremony, Wang Pan, General Manager of XGMA Machinery (Jiaozuo) Co., Ltd. expressed his sincere gratitude to the partners and customers who have been supporting XGMA, and elaborated on XGMA's firm determination and unremitting efforts to promote the transformation of the construction machinery industry towards green, efficient and energy-saving. Wang Pan emphasised that XGMA 955KM is not only the crystallisation of XGMA's technological innovation, but also a precise grasp of and quick response to market demand. As a brand-new generation of methanol loader adopting single methanol fuel, XGMA955KM achieves multiple advantages such as safety and environmental protection, high efficiency and energy saving, comfort and flexibility through the systematic ‘golden matching’, and its quality and performance have reached the top level in the industry. This model is a new-generation core product created by XGMA's various departments in close collaboration. Based on the inheritance of XGMA's excellent tradition of loader series, the power system matching has made a historic breakthrough. Chen Jianghua, senior engineer of XGMA Technology R&D Centre, introduced in detail that XGMA 955KM is equipped with the third-generation all-methanol compression-ignition power technology engine of Xiaxue Technology, with a thermal efficiency of more than 50%, which improves the economy of the whole machine by up to 30% or more, and is equipped with a 500L large-capacity fuel tank, which effectively solves the range anxiety. In addition, the model also adopts the classic short and medium wheelbase design with upgraded and optimised double-pump combined shunt hydraulic system, with a turning radius of only 5.73m, and the whole vehicle structural parts have been optimally designed by FEM and passed the long-cycle high-strength fatigue test, which ensures the high durability and reliability of the product. The launch of XGMA 955KM loader not only promotes the development of new energy machine with full methanol compression ignition in China, but also sets a new benchmark of green energy saving in the construction machinery industry.
