Recently, HELI proudly launched its first 55-tonne lithium-ion forklift, marking another major breakthrough in forklift technology. This forklift not only has a powerful lifting capacity of 55 tonnes, but also carries a top-quality heavy-duty drive axle, which is specially designed to cope with extreme heavy-duty operating environments. The portal frame structure has been fully optimised, using an innovative integrated channel steel section layout to significantly enhance the overall strength. Meanwhile, the optimised design of the upper and lower roller spacing effectively reduces wear and improves fatigue resistance, ensuring the truck is more stable and durable with excellent load carrying capacity.
In the field of environmental protection, this forklift realises true zero-pollution and zero-emission, and adopts large-capacity battery and advanced kinetic energy recovery system, which can provide up to 8 to 10 hours of continuous operation time with a single charge. In addition, it supports dual-gun fast-charging technology, which greatly improves the charging efficiency and easily meets the needs of long and diversified operations, setting a new benchmark for green logistics. In terms of operation convenience and safety, HELI 55 tonne lithium forklift trucks are equipped with Parker's advanced control system platform, which integrates display, control and diagnostic functions, making operation more intelligent. Hydraulic control pilot operation allows remote control, combined with full hydraulic priority steering and wet braking system to ensure precise and flexible handling and smooth driving. The battery pack adopts an independent PACK box with a fully enclosed design and a protection level of not less than IP67, and is equipped with a reversing camera, radar and an optional automatic fire extinguishing system as standard, which realises all-round real-time monitoring and builds multiple safety guarantees. In order to enhance the driving experience, the vehicle adopts a full-enclosed enlarged cab, equipped with four panoramic glass, with a wide field of vision. The ergonomically designed operating pedals and handles effectively reduce the labour intensity. In terms of maintenance, innovative technologies such as fully enclosed drive axle and hydraulic brake tank separation design effectively prevent the intrusion of pollutants, keep the oil clean and significantly reduce the failure rate. The main pump adopts a top-mounted cartridge, and the layout of the electrical compartment is simple and clear, which greatly facilitates daily maintenance.
The launch of HELI 55-tonne lithium forklift not only demonstrates HELI's firm determination in technological innovation and quality enhancement, but also signals that the logistics industry is about to usher in a brand new era of greener, more efficient and safer. HELI will take this opportunity to work closely with industry partners to create a new chapter in the logistics industry.
