On September 18th, 2023, I had the privilege of preparing for the visit of our Russian client. In advance, I reached out to the client to confirm their arrival time and made arrangements for the meeting room and transportation. This client is a local distributor specializing in construction machinery and industrial equipment. They were referred to us by other clients. Knowing that the client would be in Shanghai for an exhibition, we communicated well in advance to coordinate our schedules. Once it was confirmed that the client had some free time, we extended an invitation for them to visit our company. During the visit, we provided a comprehensive overview of our company's operations and presented detailed information about the product models and pricing that piqued the client's interest. The client expressed satisfaction with our company and indicated a strong interest in exploring potential future collaborations.
