On May 26, 2026, ORIEMAC welcomed a client from Saudi Arabia for a business visit focused on excavators, truck cranes, loaders, and other construction equipment. Prior to the meeting, we confirmed the client’s itinerary and prepared relevant product materials to ensure a smooth and efficient reception. This client was introduced by my supervisor last week. After learning that the client would be visiting Shanghai this week, we contacted the client in advance to confirm the meeting time and travel arrangements. During the visit, we introduced ORIEMAC’s business scope, company scale, and export experience in overseas markets. Both sides also discussed in detail the machine models and configurations that the client was interested in, including excavators, truck cranes, and loaders for upcoming projects. The communication atmosphere was friendly and productive, helping the client gain a deeper understanding of ORIEMAC’s capabilities and services. Special thanks to my colleague Jalynn for assisting with the reception and to our front desk colleague Alin for helping arrange the meeting room and reception preparations. Following the meeting, we will continue preparing quotations, maintain close communication, and actively follow up to promote future cooperation.
