Meticulous inspection of the slider and the hook The slider and pulley of the boom need to be checked regularly for wear and tear or jamming. Adjustments should be made as soon as any unsynchronised or jerky expansion or contraction is detected to avoid the risk of the rope rows or lanyards falling out of alignment and breaking. Strict monitoring of the hydraulic system Hydraulic system components and piping joints need to be checked on a daily basis to ensure that there is no leakage, loose phenomenon. The aging of the hose, cracks, and the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil and the oil level of the tank should also be closely watched. Hydraulic oil needs to be filtered after 200 hours of work on a new vehicle, and then filtered or changed every 6 months, and the filter element replaced. Hydraulic oil should not be used for more than 24 months, and should be replaced in time once serious contamination is found. Different grades of hydraulic oil is strictly prohibited mixed use, in order to ensure the stable operation of the hydraulic system. The periodic inspection of the deceleration mechanism The bolt preload of the deceleration mechanism needs to be checked regularly, the first time after the new car works for 100 hours, and then every 500 hours to ensure that the preload meets the requirements of the product specification. The slewing bearing needs to lubricate the raceway once every 100 hours of work, and when adding grease, the slewing bearing needs to be turned slowly for at least two weeks to ensure the lubrication effect. Shivering fault investigation and solution When encountering the problem of shivering boom, firstly check whether there is insufficient lubrication at the inner arc of the boom, if there is a lack of lubrication, grease can be applied to the tail slider and carry out a number of expansion and contraction actions to lubricate the boom. Then check whether each section arm is skewed or cocked, such as the need for timely adjustment. At the same time, check whether the slider on the head of each section arm is too tight, and adjust the clearance of the tail slider. If the extended or retracted arm is shaking, you need to adjust the tightness of the slider on the tail, and pay attention to the tightness of the telescopic arm rope. If the problem is still not solved, you need to check whether the telescopic pressure is normal, and try to adjust the telescopic pressure and telescopic balance valve. Comprehensive coverage of daily maintenance In the daily maintenance, it is necessary to check the tension of the wire rope to ensure that there is no broken wire, loose, twisted, knocked and serious rust phenomenon. If there are problems need to be dealt with in a timely manner, and regularly apply lubricant to the wire rope to prevent rust and lubrication. In addition, it is also necessary to check the hydraulic oil reserves, hydraulic pump operation and boom bearings and lubricants to ensure the overall performance and safety of the boom.
