The machine is equipped with a customized Cummins low-speed, high-torque engine that meets Stage IV emission standards. Compared with previous models, torque is increased by 15 percent. With original after-treatment and precise electronic control, urea consumption is reduced by 20 percent, while the cleaning interval is extended to 5000 hours, improving overall operating efficiency.

Its hydraulic system adopts imported large-displacement pumps and valves, reducing pressure loss by 10 percent. Reinforced arm and bucket cylinders increase digging force by approximately 9 percent. Combined with 4000-hour long-life hydraulic oil and nano-level filtration, the system is well protected, ensuring long-term stable performance.

XCMG’s self-developed PIC feedforward intelligent control technology enables more accurate system matching, reducing fuel consumption per cycle by about 7 percent. The electronically controlled main pump supplies oil on demand, improving compound operation speed and increasing hourly productivity by around 5 percent.

In terms of durability, the machine adopts advanced digital prototype load spectrum synthesis technology, simulating up to 95 percent of real working conditions. Through rigorous 5×4000-hour durability testing, the overall reliability and structural strength of the machine are significantly enhanced.

The new-generation cab offers improved comfort and safety, featuring a high-energy-absorbing frame structure and automotive-grade interior design. An 8-inch high-resolution touchscreen display and one-button start system provide convenient and modern operation for operators.

Additionally, the XE215GA supports multiple attachments such as breakers, hydraulic shears, grapples, milling heads, and clamshell buckets. With a quick coupler system, attachments can be changed within one minute, enabling versatile applications across different job sites.
