On April 23, 2024, I confirmed the clients’ travel schedule early to make sure everything would run smoothly. In the morning, I went to my clients' hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, I politely greeted the clients and prepared to leave for our company.

Along the way, I had a light conversation with the clients. After arriving at the company, I first introduced the overall layout of the company and the responsibilities of each department to the clients, so that they had a preliminary understanding of the scale and operation of the company. I then took them on a tour of the company's display area, showing our past successful cases and our professional team.

During the visit, I introduced the company's history and development process in detail. At the same time, I actively listen to the needs and expectations of my clients and strive to understand their business context and specific needs. We discussed in depth possible cooperation opportunities, including pricing, service content, and subsequent factory visit plans.

After the meeting, in order to further deepen mutual understanding and trust, I invited the clients to lunch. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, we shared each other's culture and work experience and improved our understanding of each other. After lunch, I drove the client back to the hotel and made sure he was safely checked in.
