Before you start the mixer truck's engine, please ensure that the maneuvering handle has been placed in the stop position to avoid damage to the hydraulic system by force generated when the tank is rotating. For cold start, idling and no-load running for 5-10 minutes (15-20 minutes is recommended for severe cold areas) and 3-5 reciprocating low-speed no-load running to ensure the system is fully warmed up. After work or when the vehicle is out of service, be sure to drain the water in the water tank and hoses to prevent freezing and damage to parts. Do not adjust the air control box regulator without authorization, the vehicle has been adjusted to the best before leaving the factory.
If the mixer truck is not used for a long time, the lubricant and grease of the parts may dry up or deteriorate, resulting in poor lubrication. Therefore, before re-activating, please conduct a thorough inspection of the lubrication system and add or replace the lubricant as needed. Meanwhile, parts such as the mixing cylinder, feeding hopper and discharging chute are easy to wear and tear as they are in contact with gravel for a long time, and the surface of the steel plate is easy to rust and corrode after being out of service, so it is recommended to use paint to coat the surface to prolong the service life. For liquid tankers and powder tankers, when the temperature is low in winter, please open the drainage exhaust valve at the bottom of the tank every day to carry out drainage work to prevent water from entering the brake pipe leading to freezing and affecting the brake performance. Before leaving the vehicle, please check whether the link between the traction pin plate and the trailer's traction pin is tight, and whether the safety lock is locked in place. At the same time, regularly check whether the link bolts of the traveling mechanism are loose, and whether the leaf spring suspension is loose and broken, and lubricate each lubricating part of the traveling mechanism with grease regularly.
After the vehicle has been parked for a long time in winter (e.g. overnight), the first time you start it, you need to warm up the machine and equipment for about 5 minutes to reduce the damage to the vehicle. When driving, please drive strictly according to the specified speed, and avoid speeding and overloading to ensure driving safety. Whether it is a mixer truck or a liquid tanker/powder tanker, regular inspection and maintenance is the keys to ensuring normal operation and prolonging the service life of the equipment.
