Recently, we received clients from Uganda. The clients were referred to the company and were interested in the company's dump trucks, excavators, and other products. To ensure the smooth visit of the client, a lot of preparation work was done in advance. Before the clients' visit, we conducted background research on the clients and arranged for the company's vehicle to pick up the clients from the airport. During the reception process, we prepared tea and a flag for the clients and used a PPT presentation to introduce the company and products. we elaborated on the brand and export advantages and provided detailed product information and parameters. In addition, the clients were taken on a tour of the company, and a group photo was taken as a memento. To express the company's gratitude to the clients, we also prepared souvenirs when sending off the clients. After the visit, I actively followed up on the clients' order status and payment progress and sent messages and greetings with a group photo to the clients. Finally, to ensure the clients' smooth departure, I arranged for a vehicle to send the clients off at the airport. This visit by the clients showcased the company's rich product line and excellent service team and received high praise and affirmation from the clients. The company will continue to adhere to the customer-centric service concept, continuously improve service quality and product technology level, and provide better products and services to clients.
