Recently, we received two clients from Colombia. The clients initially sent an inquiry on the Global Sources platform, and we started to contact each other. Clients are very interested in excavator products. We communicate online all the time. Before the clients visit, we make a lot of preparations, analyze the clients' company, and conduct background checks. We also arranged a time to pick up the clients from their hotels and bring them to the company. We first took the clients to visit the company and then held the meeting that day. During the reception process, we prepared tea and snacks for the clients. I am very grateful to Michael and Lena for helping me receive the clients. Lena also helped translate Spanish throughout the process and helped us communicate. We introduced our company and our products and brands through PPT presentations. Regarding the models that clients are interested in, we provide detailed product information and parameters, and discuss machines and prices. We took group photos during the middle and at the end of the meeting. After the visit, I sent the clients back to the hotel and actively followed up on the follow-up cooperation with the clients. We are very happy with the arrival of our clients. I very much look forward to the success of our cooperation and look forward to more cooperation opportunities in the future.
