Recently, we received two customers from Colombia. The customer initially sent an inquiry on the Global Sources platform, and we started to contact each other. Customers are very interested in excavator products. We communicate online all the time.

Before the customer visits, we make a lot of preparations, analyze the customer's company, and conduct background checks. We also arranged a time to pick up the customers from their hotels and bring them to the company. We first took the customers to visit the company and then held the meeting that day. During the reception process, we prepared tea and snacks for the customers. I am very grateful to Michael and Lena for helping me receive the customers. Lena also helped translate Spanish throughout the process and helped us communicate. We introduced our company and our products and brands through PPT presentations. Regarding the models that customers are interested in, we provide detailed product information and parameters, and discuss machines and prices. We took group photos during the middle and at the end of the meeting. After the visit, I sent the customer back to the hotel and actively followed up on the follow-up cooperation with the customer.

We are very happy with the arrival of our customers. I very much look forward to the success of our cooperation and look forward to more cooperation opportunities in the future.
