On May 10, 2024, my supervisor introduced me to a client from India who was already in Shanghai and wanted to have an in-person meeting at our company. After a brief review of the client's background, I recognized the potential for a significant business opportunity. We scheduled the visit and arranged for transportation to ensure a smooth experience. Upon the client's arrival, I provided a comprehensive introduction to our company and its range of products. We focused our discussions on the machinery that particularly interested the client, such as excavators and skid steer loaders. I presented detailed information and competitive pricing for these products, addressing the client's specific needs and inquiries. During the meeting, we also discussed the client's objectives for visiting China and outlined the steps for advancing our cooperation. After a productive session, I arranged for the client's transportation back to their hotel. This visit not only strengthened our initial connection but also laid the groundwork for future collaboration in the construction machinery sector.
